Cookie Policy

How this site uses — and, in particular, does not use — cookies and similar technologies.

At a glance
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The administrative and members areas use session cookies strictly necessary for sign-in. Third-party resources may also use technical cookies if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, open the appointment panel containing the map or play a class. Ordinary browsing does not activate these third-party resources, so we currently do not display a general consent banner.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website may store in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. They may be first-party (set by the website) or third-party (set by embedded services such as maps or videos).

2. Cookies we do not use

To be clear, this site does not use cookies for

  • audience analytics (such as Google Analytics);
  • advertising or remarketing;
  • tracking behavior across websites.

We also do not store identifiers on your device for marketing purposes.

3. Embedded third-party resources

Opening the appointment panel loads an embedded Google Maps map. Google may then set its own browser cookies under its policies. We do not have access to the contents of any cookies Google sets.

Authenticated members can watch classes through the embedded Vimeo player. The player loads with the provider's available do-not-track option, reducing use of nonessential cookies. Technical cookies may still be required for security and video functionality.

4. Forms, sign-in and security

The mentorship application and 30-Day Challenge forms work without cookies: data is sent directly to our server when you click submit. Security and abuse prevention use automatic validation and IP-based submission limits without storing tracking identifiers on your device.

The administrative and members areas use first-party session cookies strictly necessary to maintain authentication for up to eight hours. They are accessible only by the server, transmitted over a secure connection in production and limited to this site's context. They do not apply to visitors who only browse and are not used for tracking or marketing.

  • Administrative session: keeps the dashboard authenticated for up to eight hours;
  • Member session: keeps the members area authenticated for up to eight hours;
  • Pending registration: preserves the registration completion flow for up to ten minutes;
  • Temporary sign-in diagnostics: correlates timings and technical failures for up to 15 minutes.

When you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the selected provider may use cookies or temporary storage needed for authentication under its own settings and policies. After confirming access, this website retains the necessary protected session and ends the provider's temporary authentication.

5. Browser storage

During sign-in, we use browser session storage to remember the selected provider and record technical measurements of that flow. This data remains only in the tab session and is removed after diagnostics are submitted. Firebase Authentication is also configured with session persistence rather than permanent access.

In the administrative dashboard, local storage may store only notification read status for that browser. This feature is restricted to authenticated administrators and is not used for advertising, audience analytics or tracking across websites.

6. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Public pages will remain available, but blocking first-party cookies will prevent the administrative dashboard and members area from working. Social sign-in, the embedded map and class playback may also fail if third-party technical cookies are blocked.

7. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

This policy complements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data under Brazil's LGPD.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated if the site's features or cookie use change. The current version date appears at the top of the page. Questions may be sent to clinicabaiocchi@gmail.com.
