These terms establish the conditions for browsing, registration and use of this site's content and resources. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms
Browsing public pages is subject to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the corresponding resources.
2. About the site's content
This website provides institutional information about specialist physiotherapy services, courses and Jaqueline Baiocchi's professional work.
3. Medical and health notice
Information provided on this website is solely for educational and informational purposes. It does not replace consultation, assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
Every case is unique. No content on this site should be interpreted as an individual clinical recommendation. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, changing or stopping any treatment.
Treatment results vary from person to person and depend on multiple individual factors. Any accounts, testimonials or examples presented do not guarantee results.
This website, email, WhatsApp and social media are not medical urgency or emergency channels. In urgent situations, seek emergency care or an appropriate health service.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, brands, layout, design, videos and course materials — is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights and belongs to Jaqueline Baiocchi or third-party licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any content without prior express authorization is prohibited. Unauthorized use may infringe rights and subject the offender to legal penalties.
5. Courses and educational content
Courses shown on this site may be offered on partner platforms or provided directly in the members area. For external courses, enrollment, payment, access and other conditions are also governed by the respective platform's terms.
Prices, dates, places, certificates, formats and cancellation or refund policies may vary. When purchasing through a partner platform, the information displayed there at enrollment applies, without prejudice to rights under applicable law.
Course material is intended for the enrolled student's personal, nontransferable use. Sharing, resale or reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Content for professionals is educational and does not replace clinical judgment, appropriate supervision or compliance with each profession's ethical, technical and legal standards.
6. Members area and access
The members area is restricted to people previously authorized by the team. Access uses an enabled social provider, such as Google or Apple, whose identity matches the registration. Signing in with a social provider does not automatically grant course access.
Access is personal and nontransferable. Each person is responsible for securing their social accounts, signing out on shared devices and reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Availability of courses, classes, materials and readings depends on account status and granted enrollments. Access may be suspended, revoked or ended when the contracted period expires, following a valid request, misuse, security risk or breach of these terms, subject to applicable rights.
Profile data must be truthful and kept current. The email linked to access cannot be freely changed because it identifies the authorized account.
7. Age and capacity
Application, campaign and member registration forms are exclusively for people aged 18 or older with capacity to perform the relevant acts. Information relating to healthcare for minors must be provided by their legal guardian through appropriate care channels, rather than these forms.
8. Links to third-party websites
This site may link to external websites (course platforms, social media, maps and others). We are not responsible for those sites' content, policies or practices. Users are responsible for accessing them.
9. Availability and responsibility
We strive to keep site information accurate and current but do not guarantee freedom from errors, omissions or temporary outages. Resources may be adjusted or interrupted for maintenance, security or updates, while preserving statutory rights and contracted conditions.
We are not responsible for decisions based solely on the information here and reiterate the need for individual professional assessment on health matters.
10. Appropriate use
By using this site, you agree not to engage in unlawful activities, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with site operation, share access, bypass security measures or use content in breach of these terms or applicable law.
11. Privacy and account closure
Personal data processing related to registration and use of the members area follows our Privacy Policy. Requests for access, correction, account closure or data deletion may be made through the channels listed in that policy.
Ending access does not mean immediate deletion of all records. Minimum information may be retained as needed to meet legal obligations, exercise rights, maintain security or document granted permissions.
12. Changes to the terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version date appears on this page. Relevant changes for active account holders will be communicated appropriately and may require renewed acceptance.
Updates do not retroactively change prices, periods, cancellation conditions or other rights from a completed purchase, unless required by law or more favorable to the user.
13. Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo/SP, without excluding the forum legally guaranteed to consumers where applicable.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms of Use may be sent through the contact channels on the website or by email to clinicabaiocchi@gmail.com.
